Our team at Healthwatch Ealing conducted an announced Enter and View at Mattock Lane Health Centre on the 21st of February 2020 from 9:30am to 11:30am.
Healthwatch Enter and Views are arranged to find out how health and social care services are being run, and make recommendations where there are areas for improvement.

During our visit, the podiatrist was friendly and attentive towards the patients. The delivery of the talk was good and well-detailed. We found the education room to be clean and well-maintained.

During our interview with the Podiatrist, she told us “we constantly receive positive feedback from patients’’.
- Staff ‘get together’ for lunch, particularly around Christmas. It is an informal process.
Key Information
- Review the external and internal posters/leaflets about diabetes so patients are kept informed.
- Management to consider reviewing opportunities to hold sessions in local voluntary organisations.
- There is no feedback or suggestion box displayed at the reception area.Review the feedback system in place and ensure clear guidance on how to access feedback or complaints procedure.
