Enter and View - Kingsley House
Our team at Healthwatch Ealing conducted an unannounced Enter and View at Kingsley House on the 22nd of February from 1:30pm.
Healthwatch Enter and Views are arranged to find out how health and social care services are being run, and make recommendations where there are areas for improvement.
Key Information
- Authorised Representatives found that the home
was a pleasant, well maintained environment. - Authorised Representatives found the home to be a particularly pleasant environment, which had lots of natural light and was decorated in a dementia friendly way.
- On the day of this visit, no urine odours were detected and Authorised Representatives found that the home was clean and well maintained.
