Enter and View - Ealing Hospital Ward 7S
Our team at Healthwatch Ealing conducted an announced Enter and View at Ealing Hospital Ward 7S on the 12th of July 2018 from 10am to 2pm.
Healthwatch Enter and Views are arranged to find out how health and social care services are being run, and make recommendations where there are areas for improvement.
Key Information
- During our visit we observed that patients were treated with dignity and respect and staff were friendly and compassionate in their approach to patients.
- The ward was clean and well maintained and there was positive feedback from patients.
- Signage on the ward was clear with toilets and the reception area being clearly labelled.
Key Recommendations
- Encouraging more patients and relatives to feedback on their Family & Friends Test or to signpost them to Healthwatch to leave feedback.
