Key Information

• We observed that residents appeared to be well looked after and were dressed appropriately.
• It was a positive visit; the home was clean, well maintained and well lit. The home had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
• On this occasion, the Healthwatch Ealing authorised representatives were thoroughly impressed by the standard of the care home.
