Healthwatch Ealing are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 9-15 May 2022.

One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time.
The Mental Health Foundation recommend:
- Trying to do some enjoyable things that will keep you busy
- Trying to do things that stimulate your mind
- Thinking about doing a physical activity
- Trying to engage with the people you meet in your daily life.
- Spending time with pets
- Trying to use social media in a positive way
- Talking therapies can help
