One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time.

The Mental Health Foundation recommend:

  1. Trying to do some enjoyable things that will keep you busy
  2. Trying to do things that stimulate your mind
  3. Thinking about doing a physical activity
  4. Trying to engage with the people you meet in your daily life.
  5. Spending time with pets
  6. Trying to use social media in a positive way
  7. Talking therapies can help
